Bravo Fleet
Summary
Fossum grew up in the North American territory in the regions of Texas. Growing up he absorbed all he could on the exploits of those like Admirals Kirk and Archer and Fleet Captain Pike. As soon as he was able he enlisted into StarFleet and fought during the Dominion War as a soldier. Now he has returned to StarFleet academy to be a true explorer.
